On the SE30 turn on AppleShare and share something.
If you don't have LocalTalk cables you might be able to use an ImageWriter II cable or the Mac QuickTake cable instead. I use PhoneNet adapters inherited from an old job. My server is a Linux box and is gated from AppleTalk to EtherTalk with a Farallon EtherMac iPrint.
