I will never tire of being the recipient of someone's first email. 😍 That subject line is supposed to say "learning" and I bet tech folks can figure out why it's like that.

Last week we couldn't practice Zoom bc she didn't have the app (and no Apple ID). Today her iPhone has an Apple ID on it but... it's her daughter's which means the daughter put Zoom on it but we can't update the OS or get any apps *she* might want for it.

I Zoom her from the other side of the room. "Well how about that?"
