2. Joann back again, 3rd week. This is a woman with a new-to-her iPhone & a Kindle Fire tablet a rough combo for someone who is so new to technology. But we've been stepping through stuff. Send a text. Make a phone call. She can't get Apple ID on her phone b/c she has no email address. Or does she? We get it out of the Kindle & then the extended hokey pokey of trying to sign in on her phone. She knows her password. She is right there. The iPhone is like "Naaah I need MORE PERSONAL INFO" No love.
