We can not permanently change the climate. We can not create a self sustaining chain event. Whatever we do will always be local and temporary.

If you want to change the Global Climate by spraying you would have to spray the whole earth, not only dense populated areas, and you would have to spray 24/7 because it takes time to create the mist and as soon as you stop the climate will revert back to whatever the season is.

Nothing we do on this planet will change the climate.
