Spray is one of the most efficient of changing the climate. Is it a good idea? I can name at least a half dozen phenonium that effect climate, both solar and orbital. I don't think we have any understanding of how these cycles enact, this is why I oppose Gates plan. Additionally, anthropogenic climate change is minimal. I first thing we need to do is define what we mean by climate change, over what period of time? They seem to be confusing weather and climate.
