I'm not sure I necessarily enjoy that idea.
Say, for example, candidates for president was on Nostr - Biden, Trump, Kennedy.
I would want to follow all of them, because I believe it would be important to see what they're saying, what they support/oppose.
I don't necessarily trust any of them. I probably trust them far less than the average individual.
However, if you're doing commentary on some of their positions, I may very well trust your opinion (note trust ≠ agree).
Users of other networks have grown with the idea, already, that you can follow a wide range of folks but can mark or separate out those you want to see more of, for whatever reason. It's natural to have a simple follow list that is large in scope that then can be treated with further actions to specialize it.
