As an anarchist I would argue that getting rid of borders isn't the problem, what incentivizes migration is: False humanitarianism driven by the government mafia. It is as unnatural as state mafia borders, creates a bad migration incentive and results in a negative feedback loop. True humanitarianism comes directly out of the heart of humans, to help other humans in need, creating a positive feedback loop.
