You'd have to at least be able to see as far as a collection stars that we can also see from Earth, and possibly do some pretty precise distance estimations in order to convert what you see into a 3d map which could be matched up with what we do know.
One more thought as I was typing that: all the same extragalactic objects should still be more or less visible -- so you could at least figure out your orientation. (I mean, yes, the plane of the Milky Way itself would be a pretty good clue, but which side is which?)
