A smoker probably gets dug out on Thursday, maybe Wednesday. It has to be an "office day" so I can monitor it from an ~8am start through the 10+ hours of smoking.
The other big question is whether to use the "snake method" with the Weber, which is much more "hands on" or just dig out the Bradley for a more controlled process. (Probably depends how much cleaning the Bradley needs 😅) I also tend to prefer the output of the charcoal burn method with the Weber.
