After contacting customer service, they insisted that off-peak tickets can only be refunded and not rebooked, meaning I had to pay the admin fee.
It's frustrating because I'm not cancelling my journey, I just want to change the date. I feel this policy is misleading and doesn't align with what is stated on their website.
