I don't disagree with the logic that switching from Biden is a bad move right now, but I think​ if/how we go about discussing it can be divisive.

Challenging people who suggest we should do that and emphasizing how it is bad strategy may be desirable. But I'd like us to move away from language that attacks people who hold that view.

I want to frame the discussion in a way that would make it easiest for them to change their mind. That is the focusing on cohesion I have in mind.
