Subjectively I find the current technological bar for individual NIP05 identification too high, and I reject the idea to buy it as a service from third parties. I think NIP05 goes down a misguided path, it should encourage users to eventually set up and run their own servers, never to delegate and outsource identity again, especially never in a for profit setting.
I would suggest filtering notifications from users you follow, possibly also users following you, and everyone. I write this from a layman perspective, I apologize for any inadvertent misconceptions.
