"content": "And in general it has been a good thing for us all when they switched to GNU/Linux. Runs more stable, no problems with viruses and stuff like that and random breakage and all that. So the need for me to give them technical support has greatly reduced, especially over time when they got used to GNU/Linux. And also much more could be fixed remotely, e.g. over SSH, so no more need to drive far so often to give help.",
