I agree but also I believe that, if your friend never worked out, and his son will do the same, and so on, this genetics gets lost, and the amount of muscles, and testosterones levels will drop.
Working out, eating well, living in a good environment, will strengthen his genes, and pass even better ones to his line.. IMO, not a doctor, or a scientist.
