I can offload it into journals or distract it with other things when I am not exercising but when I am exercising it's very loud so I can only stand so much of a beating. 😂

Time and systemic fatigue is a factor for me too, making time and balancing that with other things I have to do can help.

Exercise is very much a mental thing which can require some focus too but it's easy to forget. I hope the mental and physical check-in is helpful for you!
