HebrideanUltraTerfHecate (nprofile…8sf0) I was reading some stuff recently about head injuries and dementia, and infections. it's all down to inflammation, and the damage it can do. So it's possible in future they control the inflammation and thereby prevent some brain damage that results in dementia. The focus has been on the amyloid plaques, but they may be a consequence of the inflammation rather than the root cause.
