In previous posts you have appeared to be advocating for what amount to “3 strikes laws” and “lock ‘em up and throw away the key” approaches to the issue at hand, now you’re arguing for what is being done in the Scandinavian countries?
I’m quite aware that their recidivism rate is much lower - but what do their laws look like when dealing with someone like this? This case appears to be a very specific type of offender.
