We know he’s a repeat child assaulter, we know he wasn’t reformed and was released to reoffend by assaulting another child. I see failure and harmed children, but perhaps a Catholic or an agent of the of the system could see it differently. I posted the Scandinavian system results because they’re the opposite of here, and it’s a reformation system, not just penal and release. The Scandinavians focus on protecting society, we focus on protecting systemic power (immutable).
