Brudi Bräu on Nostr: I put the secondary fermenter with the Jungbier back into the Ferminator. Now I will ...
I put the secondary fermenter with the Jungbier back into the Ferminator. Now I will cool it down by 5°C every day until I reach lagering temperature. According to John Palmer's "How to Brew", this will keep the yeast from dying from a temperature shock and releasing said autolysis off-flavors. Keeping the beer at such a low temperature for such a long time will hopefully cause the haze to drop to the bottom and leave me with clear, crisp, refreshing beer. 😋 🍺
