They told me to visit all the neighbours to see if it got sent to the wrong place. I did that and no one had the package.

So I called back NZ Post, and waited for longer, and then they told me I was wrong. While I was stuck waiting on hold with them, a lady from the next street over delivered my package...

No apology from NZ post when I talked with them, but at least my package has arrived.
