I have lots of ideas what might have caused the issue, but there is no way to know with certainty 🙈 - the smelling sense actually is very damageable in general, but most people luckily heal from smelling issues after a couple weeks - unlike me 🫠. Yeah the countless specialists and healers couldn't help thus far. The interesting thing with the head down position is: it only works in one direction. the other direction rather triggers the phantosmia 😅 - bending backwards is good - bending forwards is bad. So the workaround has less to do with the blood flow I think, and more with the position of the backbone ☺️.
