What could be happening that led him to want me to take the second week off?

So, I call him.

Turns out that he just wanted some information that a. wasn't urgent and b. any member of my team could've got for him.

At that point I made 2 decisions:

1. That I was leaving ASAP and
2. That I would never disrespect my team's personal time in such a terrible way
