I believe that the modern notions of "Israel" and "Palestine" must give way to secular multiethnic democracy. If it's called Israel or Palestine, I don't care, just as long as it's a democracy. Palestine has never been independent, and I don't know if that is possible given the geographical separation between Gaza and the West Bank. There needs to be ONE country that gives civil rights to all people.
