Why I put "Biden's" name in quotes.
It's the machine, calculating damage and lining up pardons to protect themselves.
Is he cognizant enough to deny certain pardons, given how they stabbed him in the back? Who knows.
Is Jill part of it? Absolutely. She's as culpable as any of them.
But the machine lumbers on, moving the deck chairs about, in their determination to avoid any personal damage.
