I thought it sounded familiar. I ran a PC Board BBS back in the late 80s and early 90s, and this looks like some of the games that were popular at the time. There were a bunch of different "... Wars" games based more or less on the same structure. I wasn't aware one had been ported to run on the Internet. Now I definitely want to play it!
