Mostly agree. I would push back on the assumption that 'most of the rich know they are debtors to the poor' though. There is such a strong correlation between being rich and believing in a meritocratic system that many truly don't realize they owe anything to anyone.

The world would be a much better place if they did realize their debts to society, and acted accordingly.
