You get a bill in September and it includes two "coupons" for when taxes are due. One in Oct and one in March. He had sent both in with his Oct payment. Then he tried to figure pout why he was seeing TAXES DUE signs in March. He tried going to our town offices which were often closed (illnesses mostly). He emailed the Town Clerk to ask. He never heard back. At the meeting, we discovered that he had put a typo in the clerk's name, email never arrived. [2/3]
