if your goal is that 20MHz 65C816 keep in mind the 3-8 decoder is adding some 5ns or so to the delay path. But looking good. Personally I'd go with less ICs on a module in exchange for multiple modules. Makes it cheaper to get a bulk batch done for the same capacity
