There are a lot of ppl who should fucking know better still chanting that net zero is possible. And this is generally a result of completely failing to understand the scale of the challenge, and so they assume it's simply a challenge of quantity, just build enuf machines and it's solved.
That is not the situation here. We're talking about quantities so great that it changes the very nature (quality) of the problem. You can't build a forklift that can lift a trillion lbs. You just can't.
