The idea is to develop an economically and ecologically self-sustaining neighborhood on the one hand, and a kind of vertically integrated real estate development company (what? that's what it will look like, the eco-revolution is as boring as a hobbit shire) on the other hand to acquire more land, build more ecologically harmonious neighborhoods, and increase exponentially until the old cities start to empty out and eventually we can retrofit them cheaply.
