I've got twenty acres of land in Northern California, and I just received a small grant to kick start this effort. It's not enough to just buy greenhouses and such (that would cost at least 10x more) but it should be enough to create a kind of seed (speaking metaphorically of course) that can grow into the, hmm, full Monty? Whole enchilada? Kit-n-caboodle?
