I don’t think you’ll get any two people to agree on anything to do with planning, but I’ll throw my 2p in anyway:
- Transport and services infra is completely out of sync with any Local or County plan
- The box-ticking equivalent water drainage designs are rubbish and won’t work
- it’s too easy for a single nimby to derail things
- conversely, sensible compromises with large numbers of concerned people are not revised into designs.
- we need affordable housing asap.
