I love weight training too, it's finding the time.
Running is sort of okay, except my knee is shagged so it's quite hard to do. I don't know whether I can do enough strengthening exercises to get back to running. I've cautiously tried a few short (as in couple of hundred yard) trots on a couple of days this week. It's grumbling a bit but hasn't completely gone.
