Sounds right to me. Mentioning NFTs usually sends maxis into a fit of rage against monkey jpgs, but I do think their implementation has just been wrong. Better to think of NFTs as programmable securities, which obviously could be awesome. For example, some local chef's nft that gives you claim to a free meal every week, and pays out daily dividends in sats based on the restaurants daily profits.
