Oof, I hope he finds a solution ☺️. The next thing on my list to try is "gamma-aminobutyric acid" (GABA) recommended by a complementary physician, maybe thats also something for your dad 🤔? Thank you for the idea regarding lions mane and psilocybin microdosing, I haven't tried them yet, but they are on my todolist now 🙂. Carnivore diet on the otherhand 🤔, not sure about that one, some very good friend has pretty much completely broken their digestive system by trying to fix their health with several diets and the result now is that they can eat almost nothing and still have health issues 🙈.
