Are you using strfry plugins? Seems to me that would be a useful way to close the loop: put relational metadata into neo4j, use that to update preferences regarding what content you want to keep and what to discard, use a combination of REQs and strfry plugins to implement those updated preferences, feed new data into neo4j, and the cycle is complete.
