And I see here that _you_ are defining who is in need and how you'll decide to help them. Would that help - assuming their need is _very great_ - perhaps involve borrowing the property of those who are better off in order to help those that you've determined are needy?
Naturally you'd only do this if your available resources were constrained... but assume they are, because resources are always constrained. You can't possibly "make the world right with respect to the needy" unless you siphon off a few dollars from those "who don't need it as much" but would rather not join your cause.
