Amusing update: tonight I got called by one of those survey companies asking me to rate my experience with my insurance company and it was such a weird situation. Like, yes my issue got resolved by a compassionate person but also the entire health insurance situation in the US is broken and damaging while this company rakes in obscene profits.
How likely am I to recommend them? How likely am I to recommend capitalism?
I just kept telling myself "Don't say the D words. Don't say the D words."
