Update: in less than two hours they got me added, called my pharmacy to make sure my prescriptions would be refilled, and called me back to tell me it was handled. I am, frankly, shocked by this show of tech support and a bit sad at the fact that I am shocked.
My new year's wish for everyone is that we should all encounter such moments of grace and unexpected (and positive) assistance when we need it. I know I've been that person in the past for others, it was nice to have someone there for me
