"content": "#[0] #[1] I can think of almost no situation in which I give a driver a pass for hitting someone ever, but especially when they're on a neighborhood street. I know there's a rare occasion when someone dashes out in front of a car but I'm sorry we spend so much time and money on doing things that that wouldn't be needed if drivers were responsible. Don't hit people. Better yet, get cars off our streets.",
