what i mean here is that
if you start off only with the 'possible' modality what 'necessary' modality claims look like is 'absurdsly likely' with less likely but converging meta-claims, that 'convergence' is where kant's 'necessary' modality claims live. That is/is not can similarly be measured by probability -- that claims about all measurable space can be folded into probability space (?)
