Sometimes I’d pick it up and practice at higher intensities like the yellow zone where I’d run closer to 7-8mph. By the end of camp, for me to stay in yellow zone, I can push almost 9mph without hitting red zone. Upon returning to green zone runs, now I have move at around 7 mph to stay in green zone!
