A lot of my runs, involved trying to stay in this green zone using my Myzone chest strap to monitor my heart rate variability. At the beginning of my training camp, in order for me to stay in the green zone I had to run at a slow 5.5 mph. Very frustrating and boring. The majority of my runs last about 25-30 minutes with 2-4 minutes of warming up on the treadmill.
