I'm an ex-personal fitness instructor and for 5 years from 2016 I ran nude-ercise, the first ever fully naked fitness and 1-to-1 PT classes, because I love the feeling of nudity and I love exercising. To me, it makes sense to do both things together. If you can embrace your naked body and accept it as it is, while keeping yourself fit and healthy, what could be better? I extend this philosophy to everything else in life
