Die SPD fordert, Einkünfte aus Bitcoin und anderen Kryptowerten künftig wie Kapitaleinkünfte zu besteuern. Was harmlos klingt, ist de facto die Abschaffung der einjährigen Haltefrist – mit weitreichenden negativen Folgen für Bürger, Unternehmen und den Innovationsstandort Deutschland.

Die bisherige steuerliche Behandlung von Bitcoin als Veräußerungsgeschäft (analog zu Gold oder Fremdwährungen) schafft Anreize für langfristiges Halten. Die SPD-Forderung kehrt diese Logik um: Kurzfristiger Handel wird steuerlich begünstigt, während langfristige Investitionen bestraft werden. Ein gefährlicher Paradigmenwechsel, der spekulatives Verhalten fördert und Anleger Risiken aussetzt.
⚠️ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗳ä𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻
Paradoxerweise könnte die Neuregelung nicht mehr, sondern weniger Steuereinnahmen bringen:
✅ Kurzfristige Spekulationen würden um bis zu 15,825 Prozentpunkte niedriger besteuert als bisher.
✅ Langfristige Anleger, die von der Neuregelung nicht betroffen wären, hätten keinen Anreiz, ihre Bestände zu verkaufen – geplante Mehreinnahmen blieben aus.

Deutschland muss Bitcoin als globales, dezentrales Zahlungssystem anerkennen und regulatorisch fair behandeln. Die bestehende steuerliche Gleichstellung mit Gold oder Fremdwährungen ist sinnvoll und sollte erhalten bleiben. Eine Kapitalertragssteuer auf Bitcoin wäre nicht nur verfassungsrechtlich fragwürdig, sondern auch wirtschaftlich schädlich.

Nostr doesn't offer a solution for everything, but it makes a difference when it comes to censorship. The community is still small and the climate is pleasant - hostility is rare. Enjoy your time on Nostr while it's still an "insider tip" before the masses of X come along.
PS: Nostr today feels like Bitcoin 2010/11. You can still talk directly to the CEOs of @npub12vk…pugg like @npub16c0…6nvr and @npub1pu3…tfch like @npub1wmr…g240 & Co. and solve problems quickly. Use this opportunity before it's too late. Later, you'll be glad you were there now - just as every Bitcoiner would have loved to have been there in 2010 to interact with Satoshi Nakamoto!

Sorry, I didn’t look closely.
I just saw Nostr and Primal and thought most of them are Primal alternatives.
But of course I know some of them (like Fountain - my podcast is obviously on there - cashu and zap.store). Other one I don’t know, and can’t use, like Amethyst and Wavlake, because they are both not on iOS.
You use Android I guess?!
