My Lebanese friend went back for Christmas and let me pick up and use his raw milk subscription while he was gone. I used it to make a whole bunch of labneh, among other stuff!

When he got back, he brought me some carob molasses from his hometown. It’s delicious and earthy. I put it on strawberries and labneh and it was quite good.
