First they use the (artificially) raised egg prices to make businesses like this profitable.
Then they construct the narrative by talking about egg protein although they actually mean/talk about egg protein in egg whites.
And after that they sprinkle the lie with some fairy-dust of eco+health+carbon footprints and the rest of the bs.
