My guess about the Vegas country music concert massacre is that the FBI / Mossad / merc shooters got carried away, every gun enthusiast noticed that they were using fully automatic weapons and probably taking turns firing, so multiple shooters, and they aborted the whole thing and the whole false flag gambit was placed under review where it remains in a state of analysis paralysis to this day.
Thus no new 9-11 to cement the usurper regime's power.
They don't think they can get away with it, and they're right.
