A shitty rabbit breeder in Florida let her lionhead rabbits loose when she didn't feel like taking care of them anymore. They are now breeding like rabbits, and will now add to the ever-growing number of invasive animals thriving in florida.
It is going to be an estimated $40k effort to trap, neuter, euthanize/adopt/release the remaining rabbits. The breeder has not been charged.
