WEBP IMAGE SUPPORT. finally.
other crap:
- fix translated english to english bug. wut!?
- fix incorrect relative times on notes
- fix a few # [0] bugs on notes
- preloading optimizations: don't load blurhashes if we don't need to (should use less CPU!), preload events when they are queued in the background
- reactions view is properly dismissed when you click home
